Why Yalova?

Yalova sits roughly an hour from Istanbul by sea. Its thermal springs, forests and quiet coastline make it a choice for both summer and year-round living.

The Çınarcık–Teşvikiye stretch is the greenest and quietest part of the district. Since the Osmangazi Bridge opened, the drive has become markedly shorter too.
